Karate



One day was walking towards my house and I stopped because I listened to a scream of like someone it was giving instructions. I turned myself  and observed that they were practising a martial art. This martial art was a Karate.

What is the karate?

it is a martial art (without weapon) of self-defense in which from balance positions they go or focus punches or kicks.


I began to practise it a few months and I help myself to improve my health and confidence. Also you put into practice the patience since it is difficult to realize  very much some movements.
Also I meet good persons who were doing part of a big community to you.
